HELLE BANK JØRGENSEN
Helle is non-executive Chairman of eRevalue’s Board of Directors. She is a global board facilitator for the UN Global Compact (UNGC) Board Programme, Head of the UNGC in Canada, and CEO of B.Accountability, a sustainability and climate change-focused consultancy. Helle gained the majority of her experience working in various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
With over 40 years of commercial experience, ranging from Managing Director to Chairman, Andrew has contributed to the successful growth of various companies. He served as CEO of Wolters Kluwer PLC and is currently Executive Chairman of RWS Holdings PLC, non-Executive Chairman of LTG Plc, and non-executive Director of IT Governance Ltd. Andrew is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Jérôme leads the development of Datamaran™ from the technology and user experience perspective. He is a software architect with close to two decades of experience in data analytics and innovative technology. As a senior management consultant, he has successfully created B2B solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Jean-Philippe oversees eRevalue’s financial, operational, and legal aspects. He also leads strategic engagement with the financial services industry. Jean-Philippe has 17 years experience in international trading and risk management, having held senior positions at JPMorgan, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and BNP Paribas.

Eric is a retired partner of Deloitte & Touche USA, having been the global leader for Deloitte’s Sustainability Reporting and Assurance practice. He is the Chair of the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB) of the Global Reporting Initiative.
Ernst Ligteringen is an independent advisor to boards and management in business, international organisations and civil society. He is a global thought leader in policy, strategy and technical development of sustainable business practice. Ligteringen was the Chief Executive of the Global Reporting Initiative from 2002 until 2014, and a founding Board Member of the International Integrated Reporting Council – in those roles he pioneered sustainability and transparency. Ligteringen is also an advisor of B-Lab Europe and the Future Fit Business Benchmark.
Sebastian Hempstead has driven Enterprise SaaS revenues and growth strategies in Europe, North America, Latin America & Asia Pacific. Most recently he was at Brandwatch, a social data analytics company, where he took the company from new US market entrant in 2011 to market leader in 2016, as confirmed by Forrester. He will work with our team on go-to-market strategy and execution.
Harry has extensive UK listed company experience in the property industry. For 20+ years he was Chief Executive of Countrywide, and while there Co-Founded Rightmove – the UK’s largest online property portal. He now holds a variety of non-executive positions at various public and private companies, most of which operate in the property or technology space.
Peter spent 20 years with Europe’s largest private equity company, 3i, including as a Partner of the European buyout business. During this time, he invested in 50+ private companies at various stages. Since leaving 3i in 2008, he has continued to work with smaller companies and transactions, founding and floating a start up business with eRevalue’s Advisory Board member Harry Hill in 2011.
Sandrine is global Head of Moody’s Analytics Strategic Alliances & Partners Program. She has 15 years experience in business strategy, marketing and redistribution channels gained in the financial industry. Sandrine shares our passion for ESG, is a trusted advisor to our growth and strong believer in our success.
Greg is a managing director at Techstars, the world’s leading accelerator programme for technology start-ups. Previously, he was founder and CEO of Pictela, a super rich media technology company, and VP at Tacoda, an online ad network. An active angel investor, Greg has also co-founded a new ed-tech company with Frank Meehan (Siri), Brent Hoberman (Lastminute.com) and Barry Smith (Skyscanner).

Dr. DAMIAN BORTH
Dr. Damian Borth is the Head of the Competence Center for Multimedia Analysis and Data Mining (MADM) at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Kaiserslautern, and founding co-director of Sociovestix Labs, a social enterprise in the area of financial data science. His work has been awarded by the McKinsey Business Technology Award 2011, Google Research Award 2010, and Best Paper Award at ACM ICMR 2012. Damian conducted his post-doctoral research at UC Berkeley and the International Computer Science Institute (ICSI) in Berkeley.
Dr. ANDREAS G.F. HOEPNER(Chair)
Dr. Andreas Hoepner is a globally recognized and award-winning financial data scientist, having presented to the majority of the US trillion dollar group and featured in leading international press. He is sole inventor of the US patent investment performance measurement and a Senior Associate Fellow of the UNPRI. Dr. Hoepner currently serves on the boards for Bank J. Safra Sarasin and CDP, and on the assessment committees for the Investment & Pensions Europe (IPE) Awards, Investment Innovation Benchmark (IIB), and the RI Awards.
As Deputy Head of Global Responsibility for one of the largest banks in the world, Etienne brings a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years experience in the fields of sustainability, risk, ESG and corporate reporting. Etienne is an expert in the field of environmental sustainability, holding a MSc in Environmental Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and a MSc in Business Strategy and Environmental Management from the University of Bradford.
Emma Deraze is a Data Scientist and former employee of eRevalue. She was instrumental in the creation, development, and production of both eRevalue’s products and continues to advise eRevalue on technical issues related to development of the platforms.
IAN VAN DER VLUGT
Ian van der Vlugt manages a subset of CDP’s technical team focused on environmental data quality, modeling corporate greenhouse gas emissions, and packaging meaningful data for the investor community. Prior to CDP, Mr. van der Vlugt worked at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) – provider of the world’s most widely-used standard for non-financial reporting – where he played a key role in bridging technical reporting and business-driven solutions with a focus on data and web-based product development. He has also designed and programmed e-learning modules for systems and process trainings.
Sean Gilbert has worked for nearly 20 years on embedding sustainability into business in a range of leadership roles that have bridged private and non-profit sectors. He led strategic initiatives, such as developing the GRI’s Sustainability Reporting Guidelines and the underlying multi-stakeholder process, leading the GRI’s entry into China, and developing the client portfolio and offerings for KPMG’s sustainability advisory services in China. His specialities include: sustainability management consulting, strategy, sustainability reporting, stakeholder engagement, responsible investment, environmental risk management, NGO management, China, Chinese, multi-stakeholder. He’s fluent in Chinese and French, has worked with stakeholders of all types around the world and speaks regularly at conferences.
Damian Borth and Andreas Hoepner are not receiving monetary compensation (e.g. cash, shares or stock options) for serving on the Technical Committee to avoid any material conflicts of interest in their work with asset owners or asset managers.

A US-qualified lawyer based in London, Bob Mollen has co-led the tech-practise at Fried Frank since 1991. Currently “of counsel”, he advises eRevalue on their expansion and commercial partnerships in the United States. He’s a graduate of Harvard Law School and Georgetown University.
A Partner at City law firm Temple Bright, Dan advises across the full range of IP, technology and commercial issues, including protection (e.g. trade marks, patents, copyright), licensing, enforcement, terms of business and collaboration. Prior to joining Temple Bright, he spent 10 years in private practice at Herbert Smith Freehills and Slaughter and May.
Marjolein is a catalyst for positive change at The Terrace, helping companies integrate purpose and sustainability into their strategy and communications. Previously, she worked in various roles for business (Procter & Gamble, Synovate) and non-profits (Greenpeace, the Global Reporting Initiative). She serves on various (supervisory) boards, including a regional library organization and the Nyenrode Business University Alumni Circle for Sustainability.
Eddie is an investment Director at HBRE London, a mentor with The Prince’s Trust and has recently founded LaunchPad Labs to support early stage entrepreneurs. He has experience as a founder and leader in technology enabled property and property services businesses.
